Who we are
Pinevo is the web studio of Pinte V. Catalin, persoană fizică autorizată (a Romanian sole trader). You can write to us at contact@pinevo.ro.
What data we collect
This site has no forms, sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising tools. We only collect what you send us yourself by email: your name, contact details, your website address and your message.
Why we use it
To reply, prepare your audit and offer and, if we work together, to sign and carry out the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep accounting records because the law requires it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who we share it with
Our email provider and Cloudflare, which hosts this site, may log your IP address for technical reasons and forwards the emails sent to contact@pinevo.ro. We never sell or rent data.
How long we keep it
Messages that do not lead to a contract: at most 2 years after the last contact. Accounting records: as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object. Email us. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
